Cannabis oil
Cannabis oils are only for sale in Greenland and may only sold to individuals 18 years of age or older.
Right of cancellation
The customer has a 14-day right of cancellation in connection with the purchase of items from CANNABIS AMMAANNEQARLI. The deadline is calculated from the day on which the customer has received the purchased items, or takes physical possession of the last items, in the case of an agreement for several different items, which have been ordered in one order and which are delivered individually.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be sent to info@kaanabis.com. Notice must be clearly marked that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You cannot cancel or refuse receipt of the item without giving us clear notice of this at the same time.

Goods excluded from the right of cancellation
Delivery of sealed items which for reasons of health protection or hygiene are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Returning
You must send your order back to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the goods. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.
Missing original packaging may constitute a reduction in value, so to be sure of receiving all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in original packaging.
Due to their nature, certain goods cannot be returned by normal post. This applies to goods that cannot be placed in ordinary maxi envelopes.
The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the items which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the items. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we regard it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you (excluding DKK 100 per shipment to cover the delivery costs), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

We do not accept parcels without distribution or parcels sent by cash on delivery.

Complaints and return of goods

The Purchase Act's defect rules may apply to the purchase of goods.
CANNABIS AMMAANNEQARLI provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Purchase Act.
This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect in the item. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for sending so that we can refund your shipping costs.
When returning the item, please describe the problem in as much detail as possible.

If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the Consumer and Competition Authority in Greenland if the conditions for this are met.
